.[v] is for ♥.

"V" is for Victory or "V" is for Victim?

What is Valentines really about?

Victory: Is it about out doing other years? I'd have to say that this was the best Valentines Day yet! But I don't need to top it next year.
Details below...

Victim: Is it about doing things your normally wouldn't do for your spouse or loved one, just because its V-day?
Hint:
You are also suppose to do these things with a smile on...
Details below...

1. So we got a decent tax refund this year, we were so excited to get completely out of debt (besides the Durango). So we did just that. As usual we jump right back into the mess with...
A long awaited ring.
I llllllooooooooooovvvveee it!

Later B: "I could have bought a motorcycle"
P.s. It is so incredibly hard to take a picture of a diamond.

2. I let (wincing with a smile) Brett get $130 sunglasses.
(Pretty sure G threw his other ones away)
3. An amazing night stay up in Salt Lake.

Hotel room at The Little America Hotel, thanks to Brett's dad. We saw The Wicked Wizard of Ahhs at the Off Broadway Theater (I highly recommend), Dinner at Sapa (A mix of Indian and Thai food, scrumptious!), yummy breakfast at the hotel, and a 1 hour couples massage. That right there was more than the Doctor ordered and more that I needed.

Sapa's glass light fixtures.
Baked DinomiteMassaman BeefBreakfast at the hotelDoes it look like we are staring at each other like we are madly in love? Haha. Puke!
(Notice the short do! I'll have post later on my hair suddenly being a foot shorter)4. A dozen surprise delivery roses and chocolates. (Guys they are lovely, but its "OUR" money and I'd rather not spend "MY" money on effin $75 roses!) Carnations will do just fine, thank you.
5. Brett never, never, never, never will let me go to IKEA. So I decided to victimize him, because I knew he would let me, its Valentines Day for hells sake! We went in for a train set for Graidy that I've had my eye on for a while and new pillows. We came out with the cute train set, a push toy, and a WHOLE new bed room set (pictures coming soon). So now I know why he doesn't let me go in stores like that. Its like plopping a recovering alcoholic in a bar. 3 hours later we spent an unmentionable amount of money and got free dinner for Graidy.

Train Set with card that says "I Choo Choo Choos You" Love: Mom and Dad
We haven't given it to him yet since its Valentines tomorrow not today. I think he'll be excited when he wakes up tomorrow. Maybe heart shaped pancakes are in store too!

Over all I had the most amazing time, we didn't need to buy or do any of the things that Valentines gave us the excuse to buy or do. I am so madly in love with these boys, but I'm going to admit it, sometimes a ring, sunglasses, and a train set is what it takes to make us realize what we mean to each other, so thank heavens for excuses. I really have never had a "love", for this dreaded holiday for most. But I can say I loved and was loved this Valentines.
This picture was taken back in June so yes the binkers is gone...
My Little Lover BoySo what is your conclusion?
